My Approach
I customize each massage based on the client's needs and limitations. The goal is to feel better with each session and advance to a maintenance plan, which is weekly, biweekly or monthly sessions. Your body will thank you. I believe that the body holds the ability to heal itself utilizing natural therapies and the root cause can be found in inflammation and suppressed emotions. All of my therapies target inflammation reduction, emotional balancing and overall natural immune system healing.
